In which, these are the aspects that makes the person competitive enough in living and getting along with the innovation of the world’s system. To be educated and been given a good quality of education system is a right been given to every person in order to nurture its growth as a person. Here in United Kingdom, it has been known that this nation is one of the leading provider of good quality of educational learning especially college level or career learning. In which, it has become one of the reason why there are several foreign individuals who are very much incline to forego a higher educational learning here in United Kingdom particularly in England.

In England, the different universities are the leading sources of good quality of educational training. As a result, there are several individuals who have aspired to be educational trained on the different prestigious universities in the country. Even the high school learners who came from the public schools or to the schools that are not well known are still aiming to be part of these prestigious universities. It’s a good thing also because the different prestigious universities or colleges in the country are discriminating the learners who came from the poor schools or lower class schools in the country. In which, they have given these types of school student to take the career entrance exam upon entering or enrolling to the prestigious universities here in England. If the students can pass the entrance exam they will be allowed to take their higher educational learning in this university institution. Aside of that also, there are some universities and colleges in the country who gives financial assistance for the deserving students who belong to the lower class of the society but really aspire to attain college education.

Indeed, the different universities here in England have created a tremendous impact in the field of educational learning system of the country. No wonder that even the foreign individuals have always prefers to study and get a college educational program here in England.

Lowering the pitch voice of female teacher

For a long time, it had been already a notion and generalization that the teaching profession is for female individuals. As a result, majority of the teachers here in England are females. Although, there are male teachers or professors but are only few in numbers since it had already been set that teaching field is more appropriate to the female individuals. Due to this female domination in the teaching career, there are some concerns that have arises. This concern is more on the difficulty of some students dealing with their female teachers due to some behavioral clashes. For that case, it will greatly affect the emotional and educational growth of the male learners especially here in the country.

Just like the recent complaints and observation of some educational experts in which, some female teachers exercise their high pitch voice in teaching their learners especially on correcting them if their learners have done something wrong. But according to the education program experts such as Celia Lashlie, these high pitch voice of some female teachers won’t bring any good effects to their male students but rather damage its educational learning growth due to the fact that the young male individuals are just be easily be irritated on this aspects. As well, sometimes high pitch voices of female teachers can lead to damaging the ears of its listeners. Aside of that also, young male learners will not usually respond in their teachers correction by just raising their teachers voice. But rather it is quite effective and advisable for the female teachers to just raise their eyebrows in order to capture their attention or to make them follow. Sometimes, the domination of the female teachers in the different schools in the country especially here in England is also one of the causes of some behavioral concerns over the male learners.

The different education program experts in the country recommends of increasing the production of male teachers or professors in the country in order to have a gender balance in the field of education and as well, to cater the needs of the male learners. Aside of that also, the different educational learning experts are encouraging the female teachers to lowered down the pith of their voice especially upon given up lectures in order to give convenience to the part of the learners.

State and private schools to implement smoking ban

State colleges and private schools in the US are now implementing smoking ban inside the school campuses. This after it found out that students smoke while in the campus to the detriment of those non-smokers. To make this realistic approach in schools, the state lawmakers approved this law so that dormitories are now seen to be smoke-free. In fact, it was reported that last summer a ban on smoking was already implemented at SUNY dorm. As a result many of the private schools also followed. However, in order to fully implement the new legislation Governor Paterson will also signed the smoking ban which is expected to take effect on August 15, 2008. Lawmakers who recently approved the legislation on smoking ban observe an alarming drop of students who have smoking habits. Here are some of the bad effects of smoking in the campuses.

• Health hazards – The reported smoking of students would eventually become health hazardous to students that are not smoking as they will be prone to nicotine intake when they inhale the cigarette smoke. Records in the medical files showed that there are the same risks between the smokers and non-smokers who are always inhaling the cigarette smoke because of their friends that are habitual smokers. This means this is really very harmful to the students in the campus most especially in air-conditioned rooms.

• Unwise money spending – Students who have always seen their classmates that are smokers are prone to temptations of also trying to smoke for curiosity sake and this is also a bad sign for smoker explosion in the campus if left unattended by school authorities. If this also happens students would become addicted to smokers like their classmates and unwise money spending could also occur. When students are influence by their classmates to smoking they would start asking more money from their parents to sustain their new vice. Schools will be allowed to exceed its enrollees by 26 learners

For a long time, it has already been a law here in England that there will be a standard limitation of the maximum population rate that the different educational learning institutes in order to create balance and to provide the children a good quality of educational learning. Since, having overcrowded schools will not be a good venue for the students to learn. There will be a tendency that the students in the overpopulated schools will not be given enough quality of educational services and supervision due to the fact that are too many to look after and there only few school teachers and school staffs who can commonly attend the students welfare.

With this national school policy, sometime most learners can’t enroll to their first choice schools where they like to be academically educated due to the fact that there are some limitations to the numbers of enrollees to the different educational learning institutes. These population rates of learners are not only applicable to the private schools but as well to the public educational learning institutes. Just recently, there had been changes to the standard size of the population rate of the enrollees in the different educational learning institutes in the country. In which, the government have already given its approval to allow the different schools to extend the standard limitation of the population rate that been set by the government. It means that the different educational learning institutes can be able to over pass the standards population size that the government is setting to them but only 26 numbers of learners are acceptable.

Even though that the government is already allowing the different educational learning institutes to exceed its numbers of learners by 26 but still its already a big help for both schools and learners as well, parents especially in the different religious boarding schools. In which, several parents and children are very much incline to forego their academic educational learning in this institutes for a double purpose reasons. For parents have seen that this religious educational learning institutes does not only provides quality of academic education but as well help in forming the lives of their children to become better individuals in the society though the values and faith that the school is teaching about.

Failure in providing a good quality of education

To be academically educated is very much important because of the fact that wit will become the gage in order to be formally trained about the system of the world especially in the field of career. This academic education will serve as a venue for the young individuals to be trained and shaped to become good leaders in the society in order to preserve the way of life in the world. With that aspect, the young learners must be given a good quality of education in order but somehow this aspect has not been realized that much especially in England and Scotland. In which, both of the nations had been reported that obtain a failure in educational training the students due to the high rate of failing grades of learners in grade school and high school level.

Both countries England and Scotland have faced the same dilemma in their educational system. Just recently, the government of England has given their statement and warning for over 638 schools to improve their educational system and provide the young learners a high quality of education in order to be competitive to meet the standard of the society. Even though, England encountering a huge concern about the educational system of their country but it is not worst compare to the educational situation in Scotland. In which, they got the highest rate of learners who got failed in their respective level of education and courses. But the most worst of it is that, both parents and school administrators had remain blind on the situations. They didn’t even complain about the system and quality of education that there children are receiving upon. As well, some schools are not that honest in reporting the true percentage rate of the failing learners in their class especially in the high school level.

For that matter, it doesn’t given much help to the government who are looking forward to resolve the situations. Aside of that also, it didn’t give much help to the learners who are looking forward to gained a good quality of education in order to become a gage for their career development and self enhancement to gain a quality living. In that case, the worst scenario of the rate of failures in England and Scotland must serve as a challenge for the schools to improve their way of providing educational services to their learners.

Setting an college entrance exam without relying to A level

Here in the United Kingdom especially in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland except in Scotland; this advanced level of educational level is optionally offered to the different educational learning institutes in the country particularly the private schools. The advanced level or A level will take usually be taken for two years of learning before the learner forego a college education in the different universities and colleges in the country. As well, some colleges and universities in the country consider this A level as an entrance for their college study in their school.

For several years, the A level certification had been practice by several prestigious colleges and universities in the country as their basis in accepting learners in their school which means that this A level serves as an entrance exam. So the learners who have undergone A level learning program will not anymore take any entrance exam during their college education but as of now this practice had just recently cut off by the one of the prestigious college which is the Imperial college. In which, the school administrators have just decided that they will no longer rely on the A level program but rather set a will set an entrance exam for all school student who will be applying to their school upon pursuing a college education. Since, they have believed that they must set a standard upon choosing their learners especially taking up the difficult courses in order to determine if the learners are very much competitive to comply and meet the expectations and as well, standards of their school.

Although, this recent event in Imperial College regarding in giving a entrance exam for the learners who will be taking an college educational program is not anymore a new issue because there already several colleges and universities who have done this but still there are several young learners who make this a big deals due to fact that they have already get use to the A level system of acceptance. In that case, the school administrators are just hopeful that the public can accept the changes that they have made in their school for accepting new learners.

Here in the United Kingdom especially here in Scotland, it has been noted that attaining a higher educational learning is very much expensive. As a result, there are only few learners who can afford to spend their educational expenditures using their own money without availing students assistance program especially student loan program. Throwing the hats during graduation ceremony

College educational learning phase is the level where students will get more educated about career work functions depending on what field they are specializing. With the good intentions of the school, most of the young graduated still opposes to this idea for they have believed that throwing of the hat during graduation day is tradition that students must experienced in order to fully grasp their graduation day celebration. This statement was been released by the students union spokesman of Anglia Ruskin University which is Frankie Wiffen. With their opposition, there are very much hopeful that they can convince the school administration to still include the hat throwing their graduation ceremony.
