With this national school policy, sometime most learners can’t enroll to their first choice schools where they like to be academically educated due to the fact that there are some limitations to the numbers of enrollees to the different educational learning institutes. These population rates of learners are not only applicable to the private schools but as well to the public educational learning institutes. Just recently, there had been changes to the standard size of the population rate of the enrollees in the different educational learning institutes in the country. In which, the government have already given its approval to allow the different schools to extend the standard limitation of the population rate that been set by the government. It means that the different educational learning institutes can be able to over pass the standards population size that the government is setting to them but only 26 numbers of learners are acceptable.

Even though that the government is already allowing the different educational learning institutes to exceed its numbers of learners by 26 but still its already a big help for both schools and learners as well, parents especially in the different religious boarding schools. In which, several parents and children are very much incline to forego their academic educational learning in this institutes for a double purpose reasons. For parents have seen that this religious educational learning institutes does not only provides quality of academic education but as well help in forming the lives of their children to become better individuals in the society though the values and faith that the school is teaching about.

Both countries England and Scotland have faced the same dilemma in their educational system. Just recently, the government of England has given their statement and warning for over 638 schools to improve their educational system and provide the young learners a high quality of education in order to be competitive to meet the standard of the society. Even though, England encountering a huge concern about the educational system of their country but it is not worst compare to the educational situation in Scotland. In which, they got the highest rate of learners who got failed in their respective level of education and courses. But the most worst of it is that, both parents and school administrators had remain blind on the situations. They didn’t even complain about the system and quality of education that there children are receiving upon. As well, some schools are not that honest in reporting the true percentage rate of the failing learners in their class especially in the high school level.

For that matter, it doesn’t given much help to the government who are looking forward to resolve the situations. Aside of that also, it didn’t give much help to the learners who are looking forward to gained a good quality of education in order to become a gage for their career development and self enhancement to gain a quality living. In that case, the worst scenario of the rate of failures in England and Scotland must serve as a challenge for the schools to improve their way of providing educational services to their learners.

For several years, the A level certification had been practice by several prestigious colleges and universities in the country as their basis in accepting learners in their school which means that this A level serves as an entrance exam. So the learners who have undergone A level learning program will not anymore take any entrance exam during their college education but as of now this practice had just recently cut off by the one of the prestigious college which is the Imperial college. In which, the school administrators have just decided that they will no longer rely on the A level program but rather set a will set an entrance exam for all school student who will be applying to their school upon pursuing a college education. Since, they have believed that they must set a standard upon choosing their learners especially taking up the difficult courses in order to determine if the learners are very much competitive to comply and meet the expectations and as well, standards of their school.

Although, this recent event in Imperial College regarding in giving a entrance exam for the learners who will be taking an college educational program is not anymore a new issue because there already several colleges and universities who have done this but still there are several young learners who make this a big deals due to fact that they have already get use to the A level system of acceptance. In that case, the school administrators are just hopeful that the public can accept the changes that they have made in their school for accepting new learners.

With this case, it is quite clear that the learners are really have a hard time in dealing their educational finances. In which, they would really be risking themselves in availing a student’s loan program even though they knew that it entails a long period of time paying the huge debt that they have availed. Besides, most of the learners are having a perception that the educational debt that they have was a worthy debt so it doesn’t matter if they will be paying it for over several years. But with the issue of the demand in paying 2,000 pounds of endowment charge is truly a burden in the part of the Scottish college students. This news had been headline by the different newspapers of the country yesterday when there are several post graduate learners who have just receive a noticed by their student assistance agencies who had administered the different educational assistance program. The notice of immediate payment of this endowment charge had made the college learners become mad because of pressuring them to pay this huge amount. For that case, the government tries to settle everything and it was found out that the student’s assistance agencies are not intended to give those noticed to the post graduates learners but rather there are some accounting procedures errors that had happened.

The different student’s assistance agencies give their assurance that the post graduates learners who have receive the notice of paying their endowment charge are postponed to pay this endowment charge until they are ready to do so. As well, aside of that, the government are also encouraging the Scottish young learners to avail a bachelor degree online program in order to cut the high population rate of individuals who have lots of educational debt.

With that aspect, it is quite clear that graduation in college education program is the most awaited part that the learners can ever imagine. As learners are very much eager to finish their college education, school administrations and teachers are very also looking forward to make a very memorable graduation day ceremony for the young learners who will be graduating especially for the young learners who will be graduating in college level. For several years, it has been a tradition for the college student graduates to throw their hats in the air as part of the ceremony in order to express their greatest joy and gratitude that they have finish their college education and eventually become a certified professionals in their career field of learning. This throwing of the hats during graduation ceremony had been practice for several years from around the globe especially here in England but just recently one of the university her in England which is the Anglia Ruskin University had refrain their graduates from throwing their hats during graduation ceremony because it can cause damage of the hat and as well injury to some of the graduates. Since, there had been a case that had happened that some of the graduates in the previous years were been injured as a result of the throwing of the hats during the graduation ceremony. In that case, the school would just like to avoid the incidents to reoccur again.

With the good intentions of the school, most of the young graduated still opposes to this idea for they have believed that throwing of the hat during graduation day is tradition that students must experienced in order to fully grasp their graduation day celebration. This statement was been released by the students union spokesman of Anglia Ruskin University which is Frankie Wiffen. With their opposition, there are very much hopeful that they can convince the school administration to still include the hat throwing their graduation ceremony.
