The prince also is looking forward for the establishment of his plan out art school that this school will not only provide a venue for the young individuals to enhance their talents or skills in art but as well provide an alternative for some teenagers who have drop out to traditional school and still be able to gain brighter future.
A recent survey in London reported that one third of the English schools are failing when it comes to giving good education to students.
A school official said in her annual report that one in every ten students who are 11-year old is having a problem as far as learning English and they leave primary school with this dilemma. Even in Math the students also have problem understanding the basics in Mathematics.
Christine Gilbert said England should do better so that it can compete with the rest of the world as far as English and mathematics subjects.
She said there are also more than half of the teenagers in England without GCSEs graded A to C including English and math. She feels there is too much variation especially if achievements in different areas are discussed.
Those poor children who are reported to qualify for free schools also have difficulties in achieving five GCSEs as compared to their peers, the report receive by this website said. In fact, in 2007 there was an estimated 21 percent of children under the free school meals program has achieved benchmark contrary to other 49 percent of school children.
Gilbert said there existed poor quality services in education as well as in the care sectors or from the disadvantaged backgrounds. She also noted a strong link between poor quality services and deprivation.
She said this only means that there are children and families that are already under dilemma of deprivation and still faced with inequality as far as care and support for their welfare, development and learning.
