One of the educational concerns that the country is facing right now is controversy about the quality of educational services that been receiving by the local learners and the high rate of tuition or educational expenditures that most colleges and universities are offering to the local learners. Since, it had been reported that the universities and colleges in the country are already increases up their tuition fees which greatly affect to the middle class local learners. As a result, it leads to the decline of local professionals in the country due to the fact that there are only few individuals who can afford the tuition fee upon foregoing a higher education. Aside of that also, there are some questions about the quality of educational services that they are providing to their local learners. Since, it had been found out that most of the fresh graduates who are currently employed were not productive in their work. In which, 71% of the new employees are proficient in their writing skills and about 60% are not doing well in their numerical skills. Aside of that also, 52% had been found out that new employees are not good enough to use their communication skills.

In that case, the government here in England have strengthen its student financial aid program such as student loan, scholarships, grants, and other programs that will financially aid the learners as they forego their higher educational learning. As well, the government officials created a national evaluation tests for the graduating learners in order to determine if they are already prepared for to practice their profession or field.
