Nowadays, wide range of career opportunities are offered by several nations to foreign individuals. With this opportunities people across the land are vis versa exchange workers. In which, it allows different nations to establish and maintain good relationship. It gives opportunity to every individual who are interested to experience a new kind of life in a foreign land. In preparation for an overseas career, a travel school was established. The serve as a learning venue for students who wants to pursue an overseas jobs. The travel schools provide different travel schoolforeign orientation in terms of language, cultural background, tradition, and the field work that a students took up. As well travel schools provide a training program that would allow their students to work and travel abroad in a short period of time. The age qualification of the students who can avail this program is between the ages of 18-30 years old.
Work and travel program does not only allows students to travel but as well, to earn an income out of it. Part of the training in the travel school is to exposed their students to work overseas. In which, during summer time the students are deploy to different foreign places to work. They will be working in public places such as school campuses, restaurants, amusement parks, and hotels. The purpose of these training is not entirely about gaining money but to gain experience in working to foreign places.
This program is great learning opportunity to apply the things they learn from school. It’s a matter of actualizing the underlying concepts, principles, and perspective that they learn in traveling school. Aside of that, traveling program teaches the students to learn and experience the life of being independent and responsible individuals. The students will learn how to survive and manage their own lives in a foreign places without the assistance of it’s parents or friends. As well, students can also gained self esteem. Thru this aspects, it helps the students to become mature individuals in the society.
The work and travel program can allow students to build bridges between cultural diversity. It helps them establish friendship and understanding to other nationalities that helps break the cultural barrier. In which, peace and unity will reign despite the differences that surrounds in their lives.
