Most of the things that have been plan out during the convention was increasing the production of the different healthcare personnel’s such as the nurses, doctors, and other medical staffs in the medical institutes. In which, scholarship and grant programs are given to the nursing schools and medical educational learning institutes in order to encourage the young learners to take these kind of career educational learning. Aside of that, online learning in the medical field had already been allowed by the government. In which, there are already degree programs for medical profession but this program is only applicable for master’s degree or continuing of a higher educational learning program and vocational medical course program because these are the usual course program that doesn’t have need the presence of medical profession in order to give an actual teaching to the learners. Despite that online medical schools is already allowed but still, the learners must also undergone a short term educational training in the medical institutions or hospitals in order to apply the things or actualize the things that they have learned.

With these strategies that have been develop the government together with the different healthcare institutes are very much hopeful that healthcare and medical population declination will be resolve.
