Aside of that also, the extra funding that been provided by the state to the poor performing public educational learning institutes mainly focuses for the benefits of its learners. Since, those schools that been considered as poor in their performance over their education program are those schools especially public schools that got several learners who have several failures over their academic performances especially to the GCSE test programs if its applicable to the level of education. In that case, the course of action that must take place is to provide support over these learners through providing them more student community resources such as educational technologies in order to improve its quality of education and the same time motivate its learners to study or do good in their studies. Since, it had been noted that the previous GCSE results; there are about several public schools who got lower rank in this national test that been conducted. In that case, the government warned to have a closure if the performance of these schools will not improve for the coming year. In that case, the different public schools who were affected on this issue tried their best to change for the common good of the learners and to its learners.
